MOVIE DESCRIPTION:
An American made for TV movie directed by Jackie Cooper about a greedy oil company dynamiting in the North Pole at two locations in search of oil drilling. The first site they blast rocks Santa's North Pole village. Santa Clause realizes that any more blasting at a second site will destroy his home. Santa (Art Carney) marshals his elves in an effort to appeal to corporate executive Michael Baldwin (Paul Le Mat), his wife (Jaclyn Smith) and her children to convince them that the actions of the oil company could end Christmas forever. All is not well at the North Pole. A trip to Santa's workshop, guided by the bearded one himself, just might be needed to save the day! Along the way, Santa explains all his secrets in delivering presents all around the world. A fun Christmas movie for the whole family to enjoy!
